The restaurant is also taking advantage of this event to reveal its new seasonal menu. Exclusive Collaboration For Le Quarante 7
Right on time for fall, Le Quarante 7 just revealed its latest exclusive collaboration with renowned pastry chef Gaël Vidricaire. The pastry chef was awarded the Pastry Chef of the year 2019 by the “Société des chefs, cuisiniers et pâtissiers du Québec (SCCPQ)”, concocted an entire dessert menu fort Le Quarante 7; a first in her career.

Le Cosmos donates $25 000 to the Comptoir alimentaire Le Grenier
The 11th mEATing de la releve, an event to raise money for the food counter Comptoir alimentaire Le Grenier, occurred on October 17. The event, presided by Mr. Francis Veilleux (IGA Veilleux), gathered the business community from both shores of Québec City at Cosmos Lévis, where $25,000 was donated to the food counter.
