Port Wine Party: 3 recipes you must try!


Here’s a succulent recipe made with Port Cabral Caracter Reserva Especial, for a fresh and fruity cocktail. Pour it directly into a cobbler glass and garnish it with fresh fruits and a few mint leaves!

· 3 oz of red port wine Caracter, Reserva Especial
· 1 orange slice and 1 lemon slice
· 6 drops of angostura
· 2 drops of orange bitters

The Red Devil
Refined and elegant, the Cabral Tawny 10 ans port wine has notes of orange peels, cacao, dates, and vanilla. Perfect to end a nice evening! Mix in a shaker, pour in a Marie-Antoinette coupe filled with ice cream and garnish with a mint leave,

· 10 to 20 grams of mashed raspberries
· 6 cl of red port wine, Tawny 10 ans.

The Rosemary
People love the smoothness and the fruitiness of white and Pink CRUZ Port wines! Mix the ingredients below, serve in a long glass filled with ice cubes, and garnish with rosemary.

· 8 cl of White CRUZ Port wine
· 1 slice of ginger
· 1 rosemary stem
