Once upon a time in the East ... Five friends who wanted to open a resto-bar like no other near the Grande-Allée, the Plains of Abraham and Old Québec. That was in August 2011. Five years later, Jack Saloon Québec (JSQ) is the appointment of the crazy kitchen where there is a festive atmosphere!
To celebrate its 5th anniversary, the JSQ opens the doors of its trashy saloon to thank his loyal friends, customers and partners. Wednesday, August 31, Rue De La Chevrotière will celebrate like never wee hours of the morning!
Over the years, the chief Dave "Struggle" Boudreau has developed a menu specializing in grilled over hardwood logs, with a cooking charcoal and the use of smokehouse. The kitchen brigade combines its own flavor combinations, often unusual. Many of the original dishes that Jack Saloon's reputation are still found in the menu and are always in the tops of the 5 Most Popular famous Krispy Kreme burger (it contains 1550 calories, a unique blend of sweet and savory); the best chicken wings (whole chicken wings caramel stout); strawberry tartare salmon and wasabi (first tartare served in the JSQ); filet mignon (a timeless classic); and ribs (price of the best ribs in Canada at the BBQ Fest 2013)
